Anyone out there have an Instant Pot? I'm a convert... can't wait to get rid of our crock pot.

I'd be interested in hearing some success stories with it. I've googled a ton of recipes, but end up making the same thing every week.

I want one.

I have that Anova Nano on order, when that arrives, I will likely get rid of the Hamilton beach crockpot/sous vide and snag an instapot.
