It turns out this Nighthawk is an excellent travel companion. Beefy but comfortable and a GMT hand without having to do math in my head is awesome. Coincidentally I feel like many of the commercial pilots I see wear some variant of Citizen, I've seen several of these and a number of Skyhawks (the watch I used to have and sold) in the wild. It's probably due to their durability and reliability. Breitling markets hard as being an aviator's watch but I can't say that I've ever seen a commercial pilot wearing one anyway.
The Uncle Seiko beads of rice bracelet with fitted end links arrived while I was away on business, so I will get that fitted this weekend and take some pics of it on the SKX. That should finish off that project nicely
I was able to sell the other one I ordered with straight end links from Yobokies and broke even on the new bracelet, and I might have a taker on my Tissot which would get me close to break even on the Nighthawk purchase
