Is driving a train harder than I think it is?
In other news, this guy was not charged for doing 106 in a 50 in his train, killing 8 and injuring 200

If I were doing 106 in a 50 in a car and did that much damage, I would be in jail for a long time, no establishing intent required. I guess I'll keep that "sorry officer, I lost situational awareness" argument in my back pocket. :dunno:
