see this parking lot? there used to be a big, putrid drainage pond there. the story goes that somebody, long ago, may have taken Sunchase's half-assed, unfair management a little personally.

...and as a parting gift on the day they moved out, may have deposited their old, crumbling, rusted bike straight into the pond's sludgy bottom, sticking up like a giant middle finger by riding it down the hill and jumping it Evil Knievel style right off the pond's bank, with a smoke bomb tied to the back for extra showmanship.

there may also be a video of this, but i certainly would not know where that is.

When I was there a dude had a pretty kick ass black 1st gen RX-7 parked down there. Our apartment was in the second building from the top on the left. 1908 I think.
