Rebuild how? I could polish it up for you but I wouldn't trust myself to get near the movement, that's a whole new can of worms.

That watch is actually already at a shop waiting to get its movement serviced, but they are so busy it could take up to 2 months, so I'm waiting for a couple of places in Vienna to open up so I can call them and ask about their turnaround times.
EDIT: After interrogating all of the remaining watch repair places in NOVA via phone about their turnaround times this morning, I ended up picking it up over lunch and delivering it to Alabaster Watch & Clock in Vienna. They quoted me ~$150, can get it within +/- 20 seconds/day, and will have it back to me in 2-3 weeks. Done & done.
