Frontpoint finally fixed their website to address my issues.
On the plus side, the CS Supervisor emailed me at least once a week over the last three weeks to tell me they were still working on it. I had zero faith they'd actually fix it, but it was nice she took the time to update me. I can't tell you how many other times companies say they'll follow up and they never do. Good on them.
