I don't think I'd want them, even if I could afford it. Our last house was nearly 3000 sqft and all we did was pay to heat/cool rooms we didn't use and fill it with stuff. There are things I wish were different about our house, but I no longer covet big, brandy new homes. After we add a bed and bath to this house, I'm dead set on buying a small, cheap cabin in the woods. I want a place I can teach my kid to ride a dirtbike. :-)
We didn't pay NEARLY the homes current value... I ain't made of money ya know. :lol: We've gone from 20% down to 40% equity in two years. We've probably put $40k in the house, so it's not all the crazy Seattle market at play. There will be a correction... eventually.
