The tires thread "So I need tires..."

I don't think I ever said I wanted to get tires that would make me competitive. I just don't want to have a tire be destroyed by autocrossING it. When I say my current tires are holding me back, I mean they have less grip than 4 ice blocks would. They cost ~$50 each and they are 9 years old. I just want a good tire that will not chunk and destroy themselves after autocross because that's what my current tires are doing.

I've just accepted that I won't finish the lift and tires on the truck until graduation because tires for it are $800+
