i just went through a Whiteline quality control situation on my 2.5RS a couple months ago.
i have their strut tops on the front end, they're kind of a unique part in that its a hybrid of a normal rubber strut top but offset like a camber plate. because of the weird nature of its production they've had some teething issues with the bearings wearing out. i thought i missed the bullet, but mine started popping and cracking last summer. aside from that, the part worked great and i pushed them pretty hard in rallycross.
i took a youtube video, pictures, and sent all my purchase info over to Whiteline USA with about a month to spare on their 3 year warranty (phew! close call there). i had a response and promise for a replacement within the day. 4 days later i had a newer-version strut top kit at my front door, free of charge compliments of Fedex. i'm still on the old strut tops (the noise is still there too, but whatever) and the new strut tops look very good in quality. i have a feeling they'll fix the issue for good. for normal bushings with no moving parts, i'd be even more fine with their stuff.
Whiteline is a big player and as a result their customer service is pretty robust. i'd have no problem using their stuff particularly as they're Aussie based in the first place...so fitment to your aussie car should be excellent.
