I did have a Terminator, a DSG coupe. It was fun, but I got bored with it after a few years so I returned to my roots with a Fox.
The rack bushings from MM replace the spongy, factory rubber bushings that are used to affix the steering rack (in conjunction with a couple of bolts) to the K-member of the car. I don't have them on my '93...but I did install them on my '03. After throwing the Maximum Motorsports catalog at my '03 I can honestly say that those rack bushings from MM were by far the best bang for my buck that I spent on that car's suspension/steering system. They almost completely eliminate the numb feeling in the steering caused by the over-boosted power assist.
