multiple babysitters have turned the cameras around though, which irritates me.

Who the heck wants to be recorded? Are you surprised? Would you want to be recorded?

Thats a pretty self-absorbed response. Im paying the babysitter to do a job, and I have every right to observe to ensure that job is being performed.
AND when that job envolves the health and wellbeing of my child, you bet your ass Im going to have a camera there. If youre (babysitter) too wrapped up in yourself to understand that, dont take the job.
