92 Civic CX - POS Track Car
Welp, wasn't the pan. Quick summary:

New pan swapped on - leaked

Pissed off, tore down the whole thing --> oil pan, timing belt and found this right before leaving for vacation:

In my rage I didn't even think about how I could swap the oil seal w/o taking the pan off, oh well. Read those service manuals kids!

Oil pump pulled off, new seal in. Went to put it in must have knicked a 'ring' inside the seal, FACK. Luckily the stealership has one in stock, pick it up and have a friend who works at Honda pop it in the oil pump. Swap oil pump in, new pan gasket and button it all back up (timing covers, and all... dumb move).

Take it out... LEAKS.

Tear it back down again, and this time I leave the pan on and such. Lip of the seal rolled when I installed the oil pump assembly -- not wanting to risk damaging the oil pump mating surface I order a Blind seal puller on amazon prime and get it same day (thanks LaserShip) and put in a new seal. Left the timing covers off and shit since I didn't want to deal with that again. Let the car run on jackstands and put load on the car via the throttle cable and checked with the UV light for leaks, NOTHING. Took it out for a road test to get some more actual load on the engine... nothing spotted.

Moral of the story.. fuck cars, and don't ever let them get the best of you. All signed up for August Summit event -- just need to nut/bolt check, and re-button up timing covers and such.
