I think your missing power is due to it not being 100% max to the rules... if you are comparing to other H2 power numbers that is.

1. port match that bitch... might as well throw the hondata gasket isolator thingie on it
2. is your TB at the max 62.5mm? i bet its "close" but its not really
3. Adjustable cam gears
4. injectors... its not always about the amount of fuel (your tuner would have told you) but the pattern
