Stoked you had the chance to check the car out! It basically sells itself once people have the chance to drive it and I say that in a completely non-bias way. I was really skeptical at first but really enjoyed how it drove, especially surprising and shooting around any car I wanted to from a red light... including an e92 m3 (up to 40mph).
Side note- Jake, I guarantee if you drive one of these you'll laugh at the fact you don't commute to work in one. It's a perfect NOVA car.
Another side note- I drove the i8 for a couple miles so feel free to hammer me with questions on that as well
Edit- Traction control off is in "vehicle settings" on the i-drive, scroll to it and you can turn it off with ease. It's especially fun on super oily Los Angeles roads when it rains for the first time in 3 months.
Edit+Edit= 2 Edit- The Spanish thing you're referring too sounds like a really rough translation of Eco Pro or Eco Pro Plus mode.. Sometimes stuff doesn't translate directly and I'm 100% sure there's no special battery ju ju out there right now. I have however heard from one of the engineers that this battery has a ton of room to grow
