Where, indeed. Maybe some crazy japanese ricer was trying to make his intake cam into an electromagnet so that when he was drifting the magnet would pull the nose of his car north. At any rate, it wasn't on a lobe or a bucket or anything, and nothing appeared to be scored or scratched to me, so I think I'm O.K.
Now to figure out how this god-damned weird-ass hydraulic powered fan works. When my dad saw how it worked (belt driven hydraulic pump turns big-ass fan) he said, "Well aint that queer?" I said it was indeed as queer as a football bat. Then he suggested I dump that setup in favor of a normal electric fan. Hmm...
