Smoked 2 chickens the other week. Marinate in chicken broth and onion soup mix overnight. Dry rub after marinade. Hickory chips at start and added more chips at 2hr mark. Nommmmmmssss....

Took waaayyy less time than I thought. Chickens were done in under 4hrs at 250 (4lb and 6lb bird).
