Should I get this head unit?

Oh, if you do decide you want subs and an amp cheap I have a 12in MTX and a 600w pioneer amp I am tired of looking at. Plus I probably also have most of what you need to install all of it and your headunit it in my stash.

I wish I knew more about audio. I plan on running some PA speakers in my bumper. Would not that amp be good enough? And what kind of price are you guys thinking? I can't justify spending much. I'd definitely need some help putting it in.
