I would prefer the following:
price: 1k - 2k
trans: manual
drive type: AWD or RWD
body style: couple, sedan, hatch (prefer to stay away from converts)
weight: 2500 - 3300 (depending on drive type)
power: 150hp+

I honestly can't think of a single vehicle that fits this category and that you'd want to drive on track. It's like the uber-unicorn of track cars, you just forgot to mention reliability. Maybe some cast-off from GRM's 20XX Challenge...
Not hating on ya, just pointing out that you might be looking for a very long time with that list, or want to identify what is a must and what is flexible .
