The pulleys aren't metal they are some sort of polymer, and the reservoir is super birttle due to the heat the engine puts off. So you are just better off installing the unit as a whole, and returning the pump for the core charge.
Yea.. It's 3 bolts holding the whole thing in. I should have just made that realization before I ordered a separate reservoir (especially since the cost between to the two was so close :finger. Regardless, I need to pickup the pulley this evening, install onto new PS Pump and return my old one for the core charge. After that I can pretty much button this thing up blindfolded and drunk.
Make sure you have access to a vice or a press to get that pulley on, I tried to get it on with a hammer and a block of wood, and no bueno. Had to use a vice.
