A lot of people end up blocking traffic in DC by trying to either creep out on a green light left turn, or when they're trying to cross an intersection where traffic is backed up. This in turn, blocks traffic on another street.Ken Wrote:Not using turning signals. I.e. nearly all people in Harrisonburg.
Ken- you probably will agree with me on this one........ people who stop at the line at an intersection to make left turn...blinker on.... I grew up taught to creep out into the intersection with blinker on and turn when you can. Sometimes I want to just push them out into the intersection.
