The car, a Lexus occupied by two juveniles and a 17-year-old, was racing a Honda Accord southbound on Roswell Road at Spruell Springs Road in Sandy Springs when the driver lost control of the car, said Cpl. Gary Syblis of the Fulton Police Department.
Two of the occupants were dead at the scene. Police identified the victims as 15-year-old Vadim Zavodnitskiy and 16-year-old Vitaliy Khokhlan, both of Alpharetta.
