i wish i could find the link, but honestly i saw a picture of a TT'ed B18C a week ago. apparently the owner can custom fab his own stuff with a mig welder so he experimented with two turbos he had lying around. unless you can do the same on your own, a manifold would cost alot, especially since it would have to be some thick stuff to hold up the weight of two turbos. then factor in the ricockulous heat buildup, and the limited power/spool advantage if any...it wouldn't be practical at all.
