No...it doesn't sound like you limited yourself to a specific mitsu turbo...it sounds like all of them are pansyass.
if you had done so much research, you'd know there were two mitsu turbos on those chrysler engines, and you'd know they both sucked. I like Mitsubishi turbos, but not ones that suck. (Such as the one on my Volvo)
