I dont know if I can remember a time working on my car when I didnt bust my knuckles on something. Its just bound to happen. When im trying to get something like that off that wont budge, i'll usually put the breaker bar parallel to the ground, then use my body weight (if a cheater bar wont work, or if I dont have one).
