do you hear it trying to lock the door or no? If so, my car for some reason wouldnt lock the front doors because the arm that attached to the manual lock/unlock rocker at the door handle was binding up. My solution has been to just un hook that arm, I havent really figured out how its binding up. Also check to be sure the windows arent locked via the push button on the drivers door, that deactivates all the passenger switches.
