What should I do with my winch fairlead?

Rear bumper, hitch, and tail lamp guards came in. Turns out the bumper I ordered is more then just "drilled for tire carrier" as the book says. It is like, ready for tire carrier and will look dumb if you don't have one. So rather then return it, I just ordered the carrier! Moar pics to come.

Oh, and for reference. This is the rim, I don't know if that changes anyone's mind about the letters. The cap will not be chrome it will be black.

What should I do with my winch fairlead?
Cut the bumper and use the roller style.	16.67%	1
Install new Hawse style.	83.33%	5
