It's like a turbo... without the pesky engine to drive it! Well, really, it's like a turbine engine. I'm not even sure this is something new.
Sounds pretty suspect to me. Emissions would be terrible. And the claim of 60% efficiency sounds way too high, I can't see how this would do a better job of capturing heat. We'll see!
