Subaru WRX and STI owners ('02 - '05)...get in here

My old stage 4 WRX turned about 27mpg average on the highway from what I remember, about 21-22 mixed driving. It had only 1 high flow cat which helped. When it was stock it was lower, probably closer to 23 hwy / 20 city.
My STi on the pump gas map (~450whp) was always driven spiritedly so it was pretty dismal. You could watch the fuel gauge drop at full boost.

Were either one of these cars ever in "just" a stage 2 trim (tune with TBE)?

Mine is just stage 2 trim and falls pretty close to these. Low 20s in town if you aren't hitting full boost everytime you take off and high 20s on the highway. I've seen 28 once on the highway but that's really about all you can get
