Jewelry ripoff/Christmas present idea

I am in the process of trying to find some christmas presents. Then I come across this:

is this really possible? I kind of had a tiffany bracelet in mind (not the 2k one), but this kind of makes me doubt anything on their site.

I've never bought much jewelry..so really the question is: brand name, that comes in a tiffany box, or go get something with more stones/gold/whatever good stuff.
