Even though I selfishly snatched Dr. Thomas to complete our evil super team of doom I do think that in the future that we should seed people so that we get more even teams. It wouldn't be that hard, just take times from the previous enduro then divide drivers into 4 groups, then randomly select a driver from each group to make a four-person team. New people would normally be put into tier 4. We could make an even tighter selection algorithm too if people wanted that.
Would be a pretty easy thing to write up a quick and dirty program to do the team selection for us.
