Is that a shop you'd recommend? Any honest and/or knowledgeable people there? By the looks of what they usually have for sale.... I assume their labor charges are pretty high? Well I wouldn't recommend any shop at all until after you've researched the problem yourself, so you know what they are going to do and why, so if anything suspicious is said you get an instant :evileye: cue.
Out of the shops in roanoke for German cars I would recommend either the Sports car clinic on peter creek, or martins. Their labor rate is $85/hr IIRC. They did a lot of work on the M3 this summer and all of it was great. The employee discount was nice too.
