Goin to skool! - SlimKlim - 08-21-2009 I know Jake is already up there, and some of you guys might be, but I'm going up tomorrow morning and I'm pumped. If you're anywhere outdoors tomorrow you might here my damn fighter jet muffler winding down as I get off the highway. Fun fact, I was riding down Franklin Rd, in Roanoke yesterday morning and saw a bright blue bangalangin WRX STI with a yellow MM sticker on it.

Complete world destruction. I dont remember the trailers, they were probably there, Im just used to seeing them. By the looks of what they usually have for sale.... I assume their labor charges are pretty high? I just wonder where I'd take Jess' car if it ever needed something I couldn't do and wanted to avoid the dealer$$$. And heck, I could just about push her car there from our house if I had to  We're just past the county library and post office off of 419. I was working there at our family shop all week filling in for somebody on vacation. I'm pretty sure I've seen your m3 before because I've only seen a yellow one once or twice here. And I live in the CS area too right off of Brambleton, less than a mile from CS high school. I've never heard anything bad about them either and yea they always have some really nice cars for sale. Well I wouldn't recommend any shop at all until after you've researched the problem yourself, so you know what they are going to do and why, so if anything suspicious is said you get an instant :evileye: cue. Out of the shops in roanoke for German cars I would recommend either the Sports car clinic on peter creek, or martins. Their labor rate is $85/hr IIRC. They did a lot of work on the M3 this summer and all of it was great. The employee discount was nice too.
Re: Goin to skool! - ScottyB - 08-22-2009 my dad takes the audis to Martins for some of the maintenance if Duncan Audi isn't cutting him a deal. he thought the techs there were polite and knowledgable, although i imagine the rate is decently high. |
