Why has'nt Evan been racing in 2008?

Damn to afford San Diego prices, you must be ballin'. Is there anything reasonable there?

San Diego was always about the same price of the DC area - not sure why you're calling it out (unless it's from the media). DC was always overlooked by the media - San Diego was a target because of the price differences. The way I look at it, San Diego always had more affordable housing than the DC area.

That being said, I don't think SD is cheap, but I do think that you can get a decent property in a great climate for a reasonable value. It may not have the square footage (that and lots are smaller here) and trees from DC, but it'll work for me.
