Materials is the place to be right now. If you look at most of their P/E Ratios, they're all pretty much bargains. Even if the stock doesn't pop (and a lot of them have), you're going to get solid earnings for relatively cheap.
Check AA. It popped at the end of the year but P/E is still below 6 and it pays dividends every quarter.
