You dont have to be seriously ballin' to have two people in the house with a combined $200-250k income.

I was assuming he was <30 years old and for a couple to make $250k at that age would be impressive to me.

I am less than 30 yrs old, and making 250,000$ combined household income in Northern Virginia, is approx = to making $173,762 in San Antonio, which is much more possible after 5-10 years, than 250,000$ in either place.

But you are right, most people even in NOVA are not making 250,000$ combined household income.
