Goodspeed, you're a little young to have all of your faith lost in the united states political process, but I have news for you:
#1: If someone in politics talks about a political subject, it is 100% guaranteed that they don't know jack shit about it.
#2: Experience doesn't mean shit. George W. Bush had as much experience as anyone else, and we can all agree he isn't the best president we ever had.
#3: Nobody right now has ANY legitimate experience at executive government.
#4: Every politician appeals to the lowest common denominator during public presentation. They appeal to the highest in private.
#5: The "other guy" always sucks.
#6: The reality no matter who's elected: We're fucked.
Nothing either candidate or their running mate has said has even come CLOSE to convincing me that they are qualified to lead this country. They all speak in vague talking points, and nobody has any real plan to really do good by Americans because right now their ONLY CONCERN is to win this election. They don't give a shit about anything else, and if you think they do, you probably should take a step back and look at this circus.
