you have the cut the strut open with a pipe cutter/grinder (no screw). once the insert is in, you anchor it with a nut that goes through the bottom of the strut body (you have to center and drill the hole).
sorry, thought it was the same procedure for inserts on any car.
my concern is that even with the right tools, is it a huge job aka will i end up doing this again:
