I think it all depends on what their work setting is, those who are not in an office setting and constantly running around everywhere would need multiple batteries. I have no job but I have interwebs, media player, email etc etc on my phone, and if you take advantage of all the functions regularly throughout the day, it drains the shit outta my battery. I assume the same holds true for the iPhone, and more so for those traveling around all the time using the phone for business reasons and not just cause they are bored like me.
Agreed, my Fiancee has a Blackberry, i consider that a business phone cause alot of companies have databases compatible for Blackberrys so they can access client files etc. Her Company switched to this stuff a year ago or so.
