Meh I've never been sold on turbo timers... it's more of a gimmick than anything. I never ever ran one on either of my turbo cars. And yes, I understand that Subaru turbos are designed to automatically cool themselves, but the GT35R was not... I usually just let the car idle for a bit when I parked it, if that. IMO you really don't need to worry about the problems that a turbo timer is meant to prevent unless you're going WOT and then instantly stop and shut off your car. Most people are going to be driving slowly and out of boost for a few minutes before they park, so that's usually plenty of time for the turbo to cool down.
