The problem with the flush is you're still going to have a bunch of water left in the block when you're done.
Pick up the coolant from the dealer also - the Honda Genuine Type II (long life) coolant, its pre-mixed (dont add water).
Dont forget to bleed the system after re-filling, otherwise j00r shit will run t00 h0t.
