I agree, gotta be something electrical. You'll probably never find it unless it gets worse. You could check out the dist cap to make sure there aren't any cracks, but I'm sure that car's missing some electrical covers and wraps here and there, those almost never get put back right with an engine swap-- it could be a lot of things.
