Perhaps I should rephrase this. 
ALLTELL has towers down here in the Charlottesville area. So, when we had our Verizon phones, we were roaming off ALLTELL towers. I think that when we are other places, that we may roam off Verizon... it probably works both ways, just depending on where you are! Sorry for any confusion.
