I don't know about 3 seats, but I sure would love to see an RX7 again. Just a smaller, lighter version of the RX8. Same exact engine. But 2500lbs. No option for leather or sat/nav or 18 inch wheels. Maybe a lightly boosted version too for silly people who think that wouldn't be fast enough. And if it were me, unpainted, dyed plastic skin and no power steering.
Make it cheap enough that it'd be a good sporty grocery getter, or a weekend fun, 2nd car, or a great first car for a teen and I think it'd sell to a wide variety of people.
Can we make one if they won't? Call it the MMX?
