Goodspeed, i see you were quick to pull information from the MIHS code, however there have been revisions since the initial inception of the code.

Code of Conduct
Section 4, Paragraph III Addendum A
"in the event of said decibel showdown, if any number of combatants are found to be playing music of high differentiated cultural origin (see: country R&B, rap) then typical means of judging may be altered to accept additional supporting items such as bitches, gun racks, brush guards, lighting effects, hydraulics, and other means of vehicular customization. These elements of course play a lesser part in the overall outcome, however their added equity must be noted."
