That could be one reason it looks fuzzy. The other, obviously, is compression. I'm sure Mike's more well versed in this stuff, but I don't think WMV is the greatest codec for something like this. Take a look at the HD trailers on apple.com/trailers and they're even smaller and much better quality. It'd be really interesting to see this in full quality, or even better, to see a clip of it slowly panning a stably lit area.
