I'm not sure who is or isn't a baseball fan, but...
Mark Buehrle, a Chicago White Sox pitcher, threw a no-hitter tonight. This doesn't happen all that often, so its a pretty covered event.
At his news conference, which was all over espn tonight, and will be for the next few days, he was wearing a Virginia Tech hat, something you will probably rarely ever see in Chicago under normal circumstances.
I dunno, I just thought it was nice to see something like that amidst all that is going on. I guess just to see how far reaching all of this is.
