Super Blue is good and relatively cheap, however the Castrol Synthetic is also quite good, crazy cheap, and should do the job just fine until you start to experience fade.
As for pads, I've found the Carbotech Panther Plus to be a great combo pad and IIRC if they don't currently make them, you can send one of your old pad backing plates and they'll make it for you. Their pricing is based solely on the area of pad material so that wouldn't be any more expensive.
