Called up two places.
One was called Nationwide and I yanked their phone number off of one of their delivery vehicles. $150 to straighten (I asked about taking off the tire and rebalancing and he talked up this machine they have, so I'm assuming it's included). It would be $175/wheel to 'make them look like they came out of the box'. They're in Waldorf, but have frequent deliveries/pickups in the DC area.
Then I called up Ye Old Wheel Shop in Elridge, MD. They charge $95 to straighten, plus $25 to take off the tire, and rebalance afterwards. I'll be heading up there in the next couple days to drop my junks off.
