I had been really nice up until this point - I called last thursday and let rip a very loud, very nasty tirade over the phone, and I was going to cancel the order and initiate a charge back on my visa on monday if I didnt have a tracking number showing delivery this week. People all the way across the office came by later and asked what I was so mad about.

Magically, it was shipped out friday.
