So I take it that you've driven an SRT Neon at length and that is why you don't like it? Wait, you said you've never driven the Neon so obviously you don't know anything about the driving experience it offers.
These Neon comments reek of hatorade. It is fast, cheap, and it doesn't look like the engine will be unreliable. It kind of falls down on the handling so there is valid quibble there, and many don't like the styling or the reputation the Neon has. Still, none can deny it has great value and performance. I can say I would not buy a base RSX over the SRT4. I'd probably opt for neither.
